A word on Hiring a Caterer

We like to offer this information to help you understand where the cost cuts are made by anyone offering deeply discounted catering services.

The labor, logistics, and utilities to prepare cook and serve  food are fixed, that is to say they cost every caterer the same amount of money.  When you receive a deeply discounted price for the "same" menu.  Go forward to make your decision with the knowledge that only the food cost can be changed.  A Caterer can lower costs only through offer an inferior food product.  We will not do that to your event.  So our price is the best price for the top quality foods we prepare.  We don't prepare discount lower grade foods
